The rice dispenser arrived very quickly, in about three days from placing the order. We have been using it for about a month now and it works flawlessly. All the parts fit together well and it delivers a single cup exactly every time.

So far it has been bug proof. We have moths that seem to get into everything. I have a one gallon glass preserves jar I keep my flour in, the other day I looked and there were moths flying around inside the locked preserves jar and grubs crawling in the flour. If the bugs get into the rice dispenser, I will update my review.

We really like this dispenser. It's great that it dispenses the rice pre-measured in increments of a cup. That way, we can skip the extra step of using a measuring cup. It keeps the rice clean, and it keeps our floors clean--no more spilling, and no more rice mess everywhere!

I love my rice dispenser. Delivery was quick. I was worried that the reviews mentioned the cup is smaller than the regular cup. Well it is fine when I measured with the cup I normally used, and rice cooked turns out just perfectly fine as usual. As for the design I like it too, you can tell right away when you need to refill it and also, it looks so much better and neat compare with a whole rice sack in your kitchen. Thank you Sunpentown.
