Bell'O AVSC2122 Review by Just Liz

The Bell'O TV Stand looks great. We bought the one with the darker glass. My husband needed very little help from me to put it together, mostly at the end putting in the glass. It is sturdy and also light enough in weight so you are not "stuck" with it in one place if you would like it somewhere else. I was looking for a stand that was higher then most. This one is great and not at all overwhelming in size. Would definitely buy it again. I have purchased other thing via Amazon and find working with them to be timely, responsive and professional. I will continue to check with Amazon first for any products I am interested in purchasing.

THE BELL'O AVSC2122 , PURCHASED FROM AMAZON ,IS EXCELLENT FOR THE BEDROOM FLAT SCREEN. THE HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES IS PERFECT FOR THE END OF THE FOOT RAIL. THE T.V. STAND IS WELL MADE AND THE REAR HAS A GREAT CABLE CHANNEL TO HIDE THE WIRING. THE ASSEMBLY OF THE STAND IS VERY SIMPLE AND THE HEX WRENCHES ARE INCLUDED.THE ONLY SMALL PROBLEM WAS A SCRATCH ON THE TOP GLASS SHELF FROM SHIPPING.
BELL'O NEEDED TO UPGRADE THE SHIPPING CARTON BY SECURING THE GLASS SHELVES INSIDE THE CARTON. THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON IS HELD TOGETHER WITH STAPLES WHICH ARE PRONE TO PULL OUT DURING SHIPPING AND HANDLING BY THE FREIGHT COMPANY. BELL'O COULD ALSO ADD THE FIBERGLASS STRAPPING HELP PREVENT THE SHIPPING CARTON SIDES FROM BREAKING OPEN. I SENT BELL'O AN E-MAIL DESCRIBING THE DAMAGE TO THE SHIPPING CARTON AND POSSIBLE WAYS TO PREVENT FUTURE DAMAGE TO THE FINE STANDS THEY SELL . I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY E-MAIL AND I KNOW OF ANOTHER COMPANY , TOYOTA , THAT PROBABLY DID NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THEIR E-MAILS FROM CUSTOMERS CONCERNING PROBLEMS UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE.

This is a great product however it was through Amazon.com and they said it was a NEW but it came with the interior of the box ripped up and scratches on the top. It was very disappointing. I would have liked to talk to a live person at Amazon about an exchange but of course couldn't get a contact person and we were in situation where we couldn't send it back at the time.
