We needed a place in our kitchen to plug in multiple kitchen appliances such as a rice cooker, tea kettle and toaster. This cart had a built in power strip as well as a nice clean look and plenty of shelves to work with, so we ordered it. The number of parts delivered was daunting but all the parts were there and fit together nicely. The drawer has rollers so slides easily. We love the finished product. Has made our kitchen much more efficient and looks nice. The cart is sturdy. The casters work well and lock in place. The bottom of the drawer isn't very strong so we are only storing lightweight items in it, such as pot holders, recipe cards and towels. The knob on the door had a cheap look and feel so we replaced it with brass which looks better. Overall we are very satisfied.

We get a lot of furniture we have to put together ourselves and we are fairly good at it. This was by far the hardest to figure out how to assemble. Mostly because the instructions were horrible. No labeling on anything and you couldn't tell which way the wood was suppose to face. We had to figure it out on our own how to assemble. I also though that the dimensions of the stand would be fine to put our microwave on but I forgot about the electrical strip in the back, so we had to put it on a lower shelf.

After installation, the top shelf is a little flimsy, but otherwise it is a solid piece. Not solid wood of course, but sturdy and nice designed. Happy with the product overall.

When you read this review, please know that I am fairly easy to please. I do love this cart, but the drawer is slightly out of square. Another downside was the length of time it took to assemble it. That said, it is a nice addition to my kitchen. It is spacious, but fits well in limited spaces. The power strip is a nice addition, but only if you need to plug in multiple items, as you have to run the cord to an outlet anyway. My microwave is built in, so I purchased it as a place to put my Turbo FlavorWave oven. It fits perfectly. I am happy with the purchase.
